From discovery
to a conversation.
A practical guide to sharing your work, finding a designer, and making your first connection.
For designers
Create a designer account
Choose “I’m a designer” on the sign-up page. Add your name, email, phone number, state, city, and local government area. A studio or business name is optional.
Verify your email
Open the Pixelink verification email and select Verify Email, then sign in. Google sign-in, when available, uses the verified email supplied by Google.
Complete your private profile
Add an introduction, a useful bio, and accurate professional details. Your profile starts as a private draft and cannot be found in the public directory.
Add skills, services, and location
Choose relevant specialties, describe your services, and select a supported state and city. Set your availability, remote-work preference, and contact visibility.
Upload your portfolio
Add projects with clear titles, descriptions, and images you own or have permission to show. Replace reference images with your own work before submitting.
Submit for review
Submit a complete profile in your dashboard. You need an introduction, bio, specialty, supported location, and at least one complete portfolio project.
Wait for publication
An administrator reviews your submission and may request changes. Publication makes the profile visible; simply saving or submitting it does not.
Share your published profile
Open your public profile and share its link with potential clients. Your publication email links to it. Contact details appear according to your visibility settings.
Keep your work current
Update your profile, projects, or availability in your dashboard. Editing a published profile returns it to a private draft for another review, so submit your changes again when ready.
For clients
Start browsing
Explore published designers without signing in. Create and verify a client account when you want to save designers or use your private dashboard.
Choose the right filters
Search by name or specialty. Choose a supported state or city, search an LGA, and filter by availability or remote work. Optional browser location helps calculate approximate distances.
Open a designer’s profile
Read their introduction and bio, explore the portfolio gallery, and review their skills, services, tools, and experience.
Compare the work
Look for relevant projects and a style that fits your brief. Signed-in clients can save designers to revisit later. Suitability and project quality remain your decision.
Contact your shortlist
Use the visible email, phone, website, or Instagram link. Options depend on what the designer chooses to share; sample profiles cannot be contacted.
Agree on the project
Discuss the brief, deliverables, pricing, timelines, revisions, and rights directly with the designer. Pixelink does not collect project payments or provide escrow.
Connect and get started
Choose a designer and agree on your next steps together. Use the report controls or Contact page if you encounter an issue on Pixelink.
Keep an eye on your inbox.
You receive a welcome email after verification, a security email after successful sign-in, and an email when your designer profile is published. Review feedback and administrator messages also appear in your account notifications.
