Pixelink helps people discover independent graphic designers and connect directly. These terms apply when you browse, register, upload work, or use an account.

Who can use Pixelink

Browsing published portfolios does not require an account. To register, you must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and provide accurate information. If acting for a business, you must have its permission. Choose a client or designer account; administrator access is granted separately by an authorized owner.

Your account

Use an email you control, verify it when requested, protect your sign-in details, and keep your information accurate. Google sign-in, when enabled, requires a verified Google email. Do not impersonate another person or share their private information without permission.

Designer profiles and review

Profiles begin as private drafts. Complete your profile and submit your own portfolio for review. Only an administrator can publish it. Publication does not independently certify identity, qualifications, or project quality, and does not promise work. Editing a published profile returns it to a private draft for another review.

You choose whether to display contact email and phone. Other details in a published designer profile, including your name, business, city, services, and visible projects, are public and may be indexed by search engines.

Your projects and creative rights

Upload only work you own or are authorized to display. Obtain permission for client work, logos, photographs, fonts, identifiable people, and third-party materials. Do not include confidential client information. You retain ownership and give Pixelink permission to store, optimize, and display the content for the features and visibility settings you choose.

We can remove content while investigating a rights complaint. Send the affected URL, a description of your rights, and supporting information through the Contact page. Do not make false reports.

Respectful and safe use

Do not use Pixelink for harassment, discrimination, scams, spam, unlawful content, or misleading claims. Do not upload malware, steal accounts, bypass permissions, scrape private information, or disrupt the service. Respect privacy and intellectual property.

Working with a designer

Designers are independent providers. Agree on the brief, price, payments, deadlines, revisions, deliverables, cancellation, and usage rights directly. Pixelink does not process project payments, provide escrow, employ listed designers, or guarantee availability or results. Use your own judgment before sharing information or making a payment.

Moderation, suspension, and deletion

Administrators can request changes, unpublish profiles, remove projects, suspend access, or delete accounts for misuse, inaccurate information, safety, or rights concerns. Suspension ends sessions and removes public visibility. Restoration does not automatically republish a designer. Contact support to request a review.

Request account deletion through support. After checking the request, we remove the account and associated profile, projects, saved items, notifications, and sessions. Some correspondence, complaint, audit, or backup records can be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. Uploads still referenced by permitted website content may need a separate removal review.

Availability and responsibility

Access can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, or technical problems. Information supplied by designers can change. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Pixelink is not responsible for agreements between clients and designers or losses from their independent work. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Example images and location information

Fictional sample profiles are labelled and cannot be contacted. Their images were supplied by the Pixelink owner and are not work by sample designers or registered members. Creator names and independent licence documents were not supplied with the image links. The owner is responsible for retaining permission and responding to rights concerns.

Location information is adapted from GeoNames under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, using the Nigeria extract retrieved on 8 October 2026. Names are normalized and may include owner-reviewed additions. The data is provided as-is; distances use place centres, not home addresses.

Changes and support

We may update these terms when features or obligations change. The date above identifies this version. Nigerian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and applicable jurisdiction rules.

Contact Pixelink through the Contact page or email replies@pixelink.name.ng. Include your account email and enough information to identify the request. Never send your password or verification/reset token.
